Hair Follicle Biology and Peptide Mechanisms

Hair follicles represent complex mini-organs requiring coordinated signaling between epithelial and dermal compartments. The dermal papilla is the specialized fibroblast population within the hair follicle that directs epithelial cell fate and proliferation.
