All Sales Are Final

Because our products are classified strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) and cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items.

 

This policy helps ensure product integrity, quality control, and safety for all customers.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [support email].
We can only modify or cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.

 

Once an order is fulfilled, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

To help resolve the issue quickly, include the following in your email:
  • Your order number
  • A photo of the packaging
  • A photo of the item(s) received
  • A brief description of the issue

 

We will review and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Limitless Peptides™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
For these cases, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

 

We’re happy to provide guidance on how to open a claim if needed.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not able to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

Incorrect addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries, and refunds cannot be issued for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
